My guest this time is Missy Ward, one of the most prominent women in the internet marketing industry. She is the co-founder of Affiliate Summit and all that that entails: the conference, FeedFront magazine, GeekCast.fm, a series of webinars, a published book and much more. I didn’t talk to her about any of that today.
Inside Internet Marketing is a podcast devoted to the men and women of the affiliate marketing industry. It’s about the people, not the industry. It’s about what makes the people who they are. It’s in that spirit that I waited until now to invite Missy on the show because there is one topic that is so near to her heart that I couldn’t not devote an episode to it.
This weekend, Missy will be participating in the Avon Walk For Breast Cancer in Colorado. She and her team, Affiliate Marketers Give Back, will be walking to raise money for this very special cause. To date, the team has raised nearly $300,000 and it is thanks, in large part, to the tireless efforts of one Missy Ward.
