They could be called values or principles for living. Her dream of a better world is one where we are dancing together as humanity in the fullness of our gifts and a greater sense of ease in our lives. All of this is combined with the latest data on neuroscience of how the brain and neurochemicals work that influences what we believe and how we behave.
