On this week of Inside the Millennial Mindset we discuss Sausage talk with co-owner and creative mind behind Seoul Sausage Oxnard, Brandon Thillman. Brandon got on our radar a few months back when we heard about a local foodie restaurant hosting a Smash Bros tournament, it was a big success. Since then Brandon Thillman in Seoul Sausage Oxnard has gone on to invent some clever ways to show their creative approach as restaurant entrepreneurs and it shows with their loyal customers that keep coming back for their famous sausages and tator tots.

What makes Seoul Sausage a great spot to eat?

Seoul Sausage has made it their mission to be the ambassadors of Korean-American cuisine. In an ever-changing food landscape, Seoul Sausage has always been unique in their approach & presentation of their food to the masses. Whether it is out of their Food Truck that they won from Food Network, or a decked out Scion xB grilling machine straight out of Pimp my Ride, or catering office lunches with their signature sausage rice bowls, or simply grabbing a sausage sandwich at the newest LAFC Soccer Stadium or LARams USC stands, Seoul Sausage has become synonymous with Los Angeles food culture and the way a food brand connects with its audience.
