A former student-athlete, Bowman explains how he grew up in a competitive and sports-oriented family, but also one that instilled the value of working hard in school. This upbringing led to a full academic scholarship to Pitt and a spot on the basketball team, and, after graduating with a degree in finance, Bowman went on to serve as Senior Associate Athletics Director for Sport Administration at his alma mater.
