In this episode, I continue our journey of self-discovery and growth by exploring the critical role of self-compassion. Reflecting on my own experiences—from growing up as an orphan to enduring abusive relationships—I share how these hardships deeply affected my sense of self-worth and my ability to love myself. My struggles with low self-esteem and lack of confidence not only shaped my life but also influenced my children in ways that were painful to witness.

I open up about the difficulty of breaking free from the cycles of rejection and self-neglect, especially when those wounds are compounded by the scars of domestic violence. Despite the challenges, I am now reclaiming my narrative, embracing self-compassion, and intentionally shaping a future rooted in faith and love. My goal is to break the cycle of pain and create a legacy of healing and empowerment for my children and grandchildren. I hope this episode encourages you to be kind to yourself as you navigate your own journey of growth.
