Ishani is a founder of My First Step Ever Podcast which is essential for young professionals, aspiring leaders, graduates and students across the globe. She graduated in Marketing Communications from The University of Melbourne during a pandemic and faced an immense number of challenges to land her first full-time job. She was the Co-founder and Vice President of the club SMAC - Society of Marketing and Communications- at Unimelb.
