Welcome to the Age Of The Offended. We welcome back a veteran frontman from the Norwegian underground metal scene, Anders Odden from extreme metal act, Cadaver. We last spoke to him in the pandemic-ridden 2020. 35 years in on setting the foundation for underground music, Anders and Cadaver are back and refined the new album, “The Age Of The Offended.” Joining fellow seasoned drummer from Megadeth, Dirk Verbeuren, and alongside guitarist Ronni Le Tekro and bassist Eilert Solstad – Cadaver seemingly find themselves in the best shape they have ever been in. Anders talks about the relationship with his bandmates and how the chemistry they have formed came so effortlessly as the songs began to pile up. Blending in the sounds of black, death, and thrash metal, with an old school twist of everything Cadaver is known for, gives “The Age Of The Offended” high marks for being one of the heaviest albums of 2023. Tune in now to our interview with our good friend Anders, and be sure to buy and stream the new album from Cadaver, out now worldwide via Nuclear Blast Records.
