In the first episode of this two-part podcast, Dee Elle and I have an intense conversation related to the lens through which we interpret the world, what we call in this episode "frames," and how they influence us. For example, Dee Elle talks about what triggers her into sometimes feeling she is trapped and needs to run away. We talk in depth about that and other frames, and how they influence the ways we see everything in our lives, our relationships, and even how we interpret the lives of those we love.
