This week I’m kicking off a series of podcasts recorded in person at Reaper Fest on July 28th/29th. My first guest is none other than my good friend, Ultha mastermind and fellow Horsemen of the Podcasting Apocalypse, Ralph Schmidt. We discuss the reaction to “All That Has Never Been True” one year after its release, the impact that cancel culture has had on Ultha and the black metal scene at large, Ralph's favourite 90's death metal albums and much more.
Then, I review “Last of a Kind” by Panzerchrist, and on my weekly news I react to the latest singles by Cryptopsy, Marduk and others. PLUS - I share my list of underrated 80’s metal gems you need to re-visit.
