This week I discuss five challenges entrepreneurs face when scaling their business.

The first obstacle is marketing and sales. You need a way to consistently generate new business without spending more to acquire customers than you make.

But marketing is by no means your only challenge. Just as important is your delivery mechanism. As you work with more people, you want to keep delivering the same or better results.

Delivery is part of your sales process. Happy customers tell their friends and are more likely to buy again. Serving people at your highest level also gives greater meaning to your work.

Finally, as you scale your business you will need to manage your mind and emotions. More money and responsibility can lead to increased drama and stress.
