The internal mind is made up of many different factors that we would need to know. The blueprint of our mind starts from where we start thinking which is from a questions. Questions create our focus, what we focus on we bring into our life...”energy flows where focus goes.” The language that we use for ourselves and for others in our everyday life creates the feelings that we associate with them. Each word has a certain feeling attached to it. Assess what words mean to you and how you are using them. The way we hold ourselves with our body movement or gestures tells us how we should feel. A feeling of empowerment and strength shows differently in our body then The feeling of disempowerment or disappointment. From these three above factors we get a state change. Our state is basically our energy either positive energy or negative energy. Once we are full of energy then we can make a decision. Making a decision from a peak powerful energetic state result in a powerful decision which leads to our destiny. Our destiny, our goals, our achievements are created from the decision that we make and the actions we take. Once we take action we get a result... it may be a good result or a bad result but it’s a result. That result is the story that we say to ourselves which creates our belief and certainty. From that belief we get potential which could be positive potential or negative potential which leads to further action or lack of action. We want to make sure that our actions and results are always in the positive empowering state which will create the belief and the potential that we need to do more. This cycle of action result/story belief and potential is the momentum within us that is created. Initially there will be a lag time where we won’t get the results that we want immediately but it’s building up. All of this is within our conscious mind where we have full control of if we are actively controlling it. The sub conscious consists of our human needs which are the six needs that every human has, our belief system which is basically a map or blueprint of what we believe we should have, when we should have it and how it should happen. The belief system is created from past experiences, present experiences and from our future potential experiences. Finally the sub conscious is made up of an emotion- our primary emotion. We have one primary emotion that we go to when we are squeezed, when we are put under pressure...once we know that emotion we may want to change that if it holds us back. We may want to change our sub-conscious to a more powerful, empowering, exciting and passionate, loving, moving forward subconscience. The only way this occurs is if we actively control our conscious mind on a consistent basis. Consistency is the key because if we do something over and over again it eventually drips into our subconscious mind. We also and have to understand the four stages of leadership. Stage one – leading our self. Stage two – leading someone else in a certain task or a situation in their life. Stage three – leading someone else so that they are able to influence their entire life, change it if they want and move it forward. Stage four – teaching and leading someone so that they’re able to lead others and teach others by the tools that you’ve given them.
