When Caroline started it was a new beginning, and he listened to all the stations, but Caroline was his favourite by far. Later he became a singer in a band, then started doing discos when he was 18. This interview is six years in the making, To celebrate our 300th episode we have Andy Koettle of the legendary Captain Three Leg. C3L has been my favorite band from Iowa for nearly ten years. They are the longest running grindcore/punk/whatever band that has now been going for 28 years.
