In this weeks episode we speak to Dr Sofie Kent, Senior lecturer in sports psychology at Leeds Beckett University and former sports psychologist to the Wolverhampton Wanderers. She works with a number of English Football League teams and has published research with the World Badminton Federation. We spoke about how our brains are often the muscle we leave untrained and how this can be our secret weapon. We talk about how we can all implement positive strategies into our daily lives, as well as the importance of athletes opening up about their mental health.
