I believe that one attribute of a great leader is to serve well. Serving has many angles to it but one thing I know is that if you want to become a great servant leader you need to adapt the volunteering habit. In this solo episode I would like to focus in on volunteering, what it looks like, what it can do for you, and what it can do for others. In my 25+ years of intentional leadership I attribute most of my leadership success to volunteering. So join me as we chat and I share with you some of my wins such as learning to stretch, creating new experiences, meeting new people, learning to follow, and learning to lead people that are not motivated by a paycheque.
