On April 2nd, my podcast was essentially about the theft of the Knight Family Farms land by the Maine Turnpike Authority (MTA). I spoke with Warren Knight and got an update from him about the status of the MTA effort.
In edition, I included a follow up on the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact that passed both the Maine House and the Maine Senate. That bill is now on its way to Governor Mills' desk to be signed into law, vetoed, or allowed to become law without the Governor's signature.
Although the two issues do not seem to have a lot in common, they actually do.
