The foreign exchange market decides the relative value of the currencies and their changing stances. In this trade, you invest or trade in diverse foreign currencies and take the advantage of the positive fluctuation of the currencies that you hold. In other words, you buy a currency at a particular value and sell it at a higher value to make a profit.
