If you’ve ever felt like you can’t quite get “there” in life, experienced burnout, or wondered how to get your own needs met, too, you’re going to love this conversation. This week’s episode features one of the people I admire most, Dr. Mandy Lehto, and appropriately enough our conversation starts by triggering my own “I’m not enough” insecurities. Mandy’s insight and wisdom comes from her own experiences as a high achiever and many years working with others on creating more fun and ease in their lives. A few things we touch on in this rich episode:

  • Why we’re never satisfied
  • Recognizing and breaking free from defense mechanisms (we all have them)
  • Mandy’s top tip for all of us (it’s such a good one!)

Dr. Mandy Lehto is a coach for fast-paced executives whose lives look shiny on the outside but inside they're secretly burnt out. She is the host of Enough, the podcast, a mash-up of deeply human conversations and expert advice on swapping perfectionism and overachieving for a more easeful life.
