Football coaches have been since football became professionalized been fired for one reason and one reason alone. The failure to bring the best out of the players they have in their squad. Each parent is given a gifted child and God requires that we bring the best out of them. The only saving grace we have is that God does not fire parents like football clubs fire coaches.
