Sonia C. got hit by an electric bicycle! Thankfully, her angels gave her some nice cushy airbags and she landed without too many injuries. A lot of bruises but no broken bones! The angels told her it’s not just her time. Sonia T. backs up what Sonia C. said. She’s got some pretty big angels backing her!

This week’s theme is: Don’t play the blame game.

Highlights:

  • As we navigate transition, we’re not allowed to play the blame game. [4:15]

  • Don’t feed the blame-game monster. [5:55]

  • What is the true function of anger? It’s to say stop. [8:35]

  • Sometimes Sonia C. feels like she’s sacrificing things her body yearns to do for the need to achieve. [12:55]

  • Sonia C. shares an example of a South African guide who used all of his senses to track animals. [18:30]

  • Our five senses are not in opposition with our sixth sense. [20:05]

  • Sonia C. has two free webinars for you to join at the end of Feb. Details in the show notes! [25:55]

  • Tool of the week. [23:40]

  • Question of the week. [29:00]

Sonia C. believes the biggest lesson is to A) Be present and B) Forgive yourself if things don’t go according to plan. So much to our life is unexpected and our egos want to control everything, and we can’t. Sonia C. flew 5ft into the air and landed on her head in the middle of busy traffic. When unexpected things happen, especially if you’re spiritual and believe that you create your own reality; it can turn into a blaming game when rough things happen to you. You might be doubting yourself and worried that you are not manifesting correctly. No! Don’t go down that rabbit hole.

When something bad happens, Sonia T.’s first knee jerk reaction is to figure out who is to blame and it’s often pinpointed on to herself. As empaths we can be our cruelest and our meanest critics. Since we are all connected, we sometimes feel heavily responsible for our part; no matter how unwilling, accidental, or unconscious it was.

Tool of the Week: Practice using all five of your senses!
