Dr. Anne Speckhard has been in some very fascinating conversations. She is the Director at International Center for the Study of Violent Extremism.
She is also a professor of psychiatry at Georgetown University and author of "Talking to Terrorists"
Her work includes interviewing extremists from a variety of groups in order to understand how people get to the place where this is what they do.
