Coach David Lee has coached football for 46 years, 31 of those years mentoring college players and 15 years in the NFL. Scotti’s “Old Ball Coach” talks about what it takes to be a great leader and a great person; how to departmentalize and separate your business and your personal life. He discusses how he overcame “a ton of adversity football wise” in college eventually becoming an All-SEC quarterback. Coach Lee was soon relying on great faith and principle to equip him with the skills that has made him the “go-to” guy when a young NFL quarterback is struggling. Coach inspired Tony Romo, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Tyrod Taylor, and Chad Pennington. His brilliant offensive mind has championed him as the “NFL Innovator of the Year” and Coach Lee also created the “wild hog” offense in college, the play every football team runs when the running back receives a direct snap from the center.
