16日、参議院法務委員会の理事会で、離婚後の共同親権を導入する民法改正案の採決が行われ、可決。近く参議院本会議で成立する見通しとなりました。1947年から続く、現在の離婚後の単独親権制度が初めて見直されるんですが、懸念を示す声は根強く聞かれます。共同親権の導入で本当に子どもたちを守ることは出来るのか？もっとほかにやることがあるのではないか？自民党の衆議院議員で、超党派でつくる「共同養育支援議員連盟」の会長、柴山昌彦さんに伺いました。
