Fans of Euro Dance will be particularly fond of this one. It's a melodic, ultra high-octane journey of chunky percussion, high synths and vocals you'll want to scream along to. Kicking off at a modest 95 BPM with a fairly new track by Hailee Steinfield to ease us into the beats. It's a perfect summer track and ideal to start any party with. The mix-set ultimately finishes close to 140 BPM, which is quite an increase by any standards. The Almighty Definitive mix of 'Mamma Mia' isn't exactly what you'd expect... I've purposefully left in the breakdown, and when you hear it you'll see why. It's trance-y, trippy and mesmerising - you'll see. This set has turned out really well. Tonnes of chunky House beats and beautiful vocals. A new version of 'One Night In Heaven,' originally M People, has been squeezed in. The new version, by Toy Armada, has been around for a few weeks but I've been waiting to find the right remix to include in the podcast. If you expect anything like the original then you won't like it. Instead, think Gay Pride parties and European holidays, and you'll love it! You won't have escaped the news of Prince's death this week. I've included the Wayne G and Andy Allder version of 'When Doves Cry' - it's been on the podcast before, but not for a long time. It's a fantastic anthem and really lends itself well to the original. The whole mix-set is fluid, energising and has a feel-good enthused vibe throughout.
