Since the murder of George Floyd, Roche (a black man) has been paralyzed with indecision. He didn't want to mindlessly hit "RETWEET" to other people's thoughts but couldn't get his own thoughts in order to let his voice be heard. As he has done his entire adult life, he turned to music, specifically the music of Pearl Jam.
