Do you ever think about the things you’re grateful for? Expressing gratitude has so many benefits and it’s incredible what it can do to you mentally. We are so caught up in this fast paced world and sometimes forget to be grateful for the things we have. It could be something as simple as being grateful for your cellphone, the clothes on your back, the roof over your head, whatever it may be express gratitude for it because you will get more value from it and not take it for granted as we all tend to take things for granted. I hope you find a couple key takeaways in this episode and apply it to your life. I challenge you to show gratitude everyday for 30 days and then post a photo on Instagram of yourself and tell me what learned and how you felt expressing gratitude and then tag me in it and use #jdubsproject and I’ll come comment on your post.
