Time to lean on Jesus to teach us and lead us in the direction of righteousness, justice and love. Opening our hearts and minds to God through prayer, and the wisdom literature of the bible, specifically the book of Proverbs. Through these we can refresh the soul, reduce stress, and add peace into life. By asking Jesus first for wisdom, decision-making becomes easier, and by trusting in the Lord even when we don't understand, life becomes bearable.
