Menstrual hygiene is the process where menstruators are able to manage their menses using clean and safe materials in a supportive environment. In commemoration of Menstrual Hygiene Day on 28 May, we are honoured to have been in conversation with the Minister of Menstruation, Candice Chirwa. Candice is the Founder & Director of QRATE, an organisation focused on curating critical thinking in young people on social issues through workshops & content. She is an activist and author of the book 'FLOW: The Book About Menstruation'.
