Recorded live from the Tony Blair Future of Britain Conference we learn of Sal Khan's incredible journey from a high-paying hedge fund job to gracing the cover of Forbes. In 2004, he switched gears when his cousin sought help with her homework. Armed with a webcam, he began creating tutorial videos. What started as a side project today stands as a powerhouse with the Khan Academy gaining a jaw dropping 100 million users across 190 countries.
