財政司司長陳茂波23日發表最新一份《財政預算案》，惠民措施包括派10000元消費券、寬減薪俸稅最多10000元、寬減住宅物業差餉最多5000元、綜援/高齡津貼/長者生活津貼/傷殘津貼多發放半個月金額、補貼1000元電費、為2023年DSE考生代繳考試費、住宅租金開支扣稅最多10萬元、再度發行iBond、持續進修基金加碼至25000元等。 有小食店東主直斥根本無幫助 因為冇八達通機？ 派消費券會引發通脹？派現金最實際？ 今次消費券的使用期限會頗長，假如4月疫情未完全受控，市民仍有時間在之後使用或可透過網上購物。
