They talk about folklore associated with the Winter Solstice, what we can be doing in the garden, how to embrace this time of year, Christmas trees and how Faith celebrates the festive season.
Plus Jo visits the John Moore Museum in Tewkesbury to find out what a Tudor Christmas was like, including the kissing bough and other greenery that would have decorated the home.
