Stop me if you've heard this before. Aaron...is the worst. We open up this week's show by breaking down Super ShowDown. Well some of us do, but one of us DIDN'T BOTHER TO WATCH THE SHOW. You know, despite hosting a podcast about professional wrestling. Yeesh. Speaking of yeesh...Shane McMahon. This is amazing booking...if it were for someone else. In Segment 2 (43:51), we dove into the rest of the week in WWE, including the absolutely AMAZING content being done with the 24/7 Championship. Will it still be great if someone besides R-Truth holds the belt? Plus new tag champs and the WWE's attempt to get a women's match in Saudi Arabia. In Segment 3 (1:11:00), the amazing SCHAFF joins before a huge weekend with two DEFY shows (Portland and Tacoma). How did he go from Pittsburgh to Tennessee to the U.S. Navy to training with AR Fox in Georgia to being one of the hottest indy wrestlers in the Pacific Northwest with matches in the last year against the likes of Walter, Jeff Cobb, Pentagon, etc? And we wrapped the show by discussing topics like AEW making Fyter Fest's broadcast free, Jon Moxley working NJPW, NXT name changes and Velveteen Dream coming to Vince McMahon's defense.
