Today’s episode discusses analyzes Social Good Software and how they have used technology. Social Good works with non-profit organizations such as museums, galleries, and other arts & culture organizations. Many of these organizations use Altru to manage their online data such as ticket sales, calendars, etc. However, Altru has many shortcomings, and Social Good has used technology to fill those chasms and meet their client’s needs!

“We are a software as a service platform. That helps a lot of these organizations operate a little bit more efficiently. So this is a vertical in the marketplace that has been ignored by a lot of software vendors. Think about, like back in the day with Learning Management Systems, where just because it was higher education, no one was really paying attention to them.”

Brad Anderson, CEO of TechBridge, a Salt Lake City IT staffing company, and Bobby Glen James, Author, Speaker, and founder of BoTecha IT Support, along with guest speaker Rick Hernandez discuss Social Good’s innovative use of technology to fill the gaps in Altru. Hear what these tech experts have to say on the subject in this week’s episode of the New IT podcast, “Social Good Software”
