A quick look on Facebook and you'll see the two greatest things in life are cats and coffee. Imagine both great things merged together. That's exactly what the Kawaii Kitty Cafe is, but it's also so much more. The establishment at 759 S. 4th Street in Philadelphia celebrates its grand opening this weekend and people can go in, get a great cup of coffee, great food and pet cats. Owner Kristen Eissler and Chef Joe Ronca join the podcast to tell people what to expect when they visit. Ronca talks about the food he's planning on whipping up, while Eissler discusses the cat room, which includes adoptable cats from Paws. For more on the cafe, visit www.kawaiikittycafe.com
