This track was recorded live at a rock venue called Reigen in Vienna, Austria on September 16th, 2023. This composition was written and arranged by trombonist Alex Lag. Alex wrote this composition for his good friend and baritone sax player Martin Jank, who also with RayVille. This original, relaxed instrumental features, Helmut Strobl on the alto sax and Felicia Pistorius on the flute. The RayVille Big Band has been inspiring audiences in Austria since 2015. Co-founder and vocalist Joey Green lived in Vienna from 1999 until 2019. Known for their authentic, musical tributes to iconic artists such as Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole and more recently Billy Joel, (wait till you hear THEIR version of Zanzibar!) these 4 tracks are a departure in the sense that the band is now creating original, dynamic, music of their own. If you like these 4 tracks here, don't forget to follow the band as more tracks from this amazing live performance will be posted in the coming days and weeks ahead on Soundcloud, Spotify, Apple, etc.... What's more, if you are fortunate enough to be in Vienna on Saturday, April 20th at (8:30 pm) you can catch them at Reigen! Recorded & Engineered by Stefan Gutenthaler Mixed & Mastered by Joey Green
