Leaders are not born, they are built. Leadership is developed day after day with consistent discipline and whether you know it or not we all hold some sort of leadership in our lives. Whether it's in your career, church, community, family, etc. we have influence.
So, with that said, if you could describe a complete leader what would it be? How would that look like?
