The word branding has a lot of emotion behind it - with some feeling very strongly against the word and application. When you add on the concept of authenticity online - there is even more debate and sometimes confusion. SO how dare I combine the concept of authentic + branding for real people, especially those that work in higher education?! The reality is that branding doesn't have to feel icky! In this shorty episode, I’m bringing to life five brand-building blocks that are crafted from your values and tenets of authentic leadership. These blocks will help tell your story, as well as the story of your institution. Get ready to work - as I’ll lead you through an exercise that will help craft bios, posts, and an overall strategy that is authentically you.
