The most important thing to do when hosting a summit is figure out who you are serving. You have to get very specific with identifying your target audience.
Identifying your specific target audience makes it easy to solve problems and identify the transformation that’s supposed to occur.
Understanding your why will give you the courage to start pitching speakers, especially if you don't have a network of your own.
