With the coronavirus pandemic getting worse and worse and more and more fear/worry starting to spread, it’s more important than ever for us to focus on the things we can control versus all the things we can’t control. Whether it comes to personal and immune system health, or when it comes to our businesses and financial health, we must focus on the things we can control (like washing our hands and not touching our faces) instead of the things we can’t (the stock marketing dropping, businesses closing, people being laid off.) The keys to carrying on and not being afraid are: 1. Focus on what you can control; not what you can’t. 2. Stick to a routine: Focus simply on our day-to-day and on our lead indicators; this will ensure that we’re still playing for success and happiness in the long run and not just worrying about today. 3. Reallocate time, money, energy, attention, etc to minimize loss and negativity As always, thank you for tuning in, I greatly appreciate you, and all I ask is that you let me know your thoughts in a review down below. I watch the reviews very carefully, so please feel free to ask me a question or leave a topic idea for future episodes. Stay safe, stay healthy, and stay focused 🙏 All the best, Wayne Veldsman 540-819-3929 wayneveldsman101@gmail.com
