Nonverbal communication is often times more important than the actual words you are using. A few months back I had a conversation in a video all about smiling in a sales call but this topic has recently come back up. Today I will tell you the story and explain how forcing a smile onto your face will subconsciously change your sales abilities and affect the person on the other side of the call in a positive way in your favor. Smiling is arguably the biggest sales hack I’ve ever found (other than asking questions…) What do you think? How could this concept be improved?
