Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the Lord Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it. Malachi 3:9-10

And without faith it is impossible to please God…

because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. Hebrews 11:6

"I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. Genesis 12:2

God rewards our STEWARDSHIP

" 'Well done, my good servant!' his master replied. 'Because you have been trustworthy in a very small matter, take charge of ten cities.' Luke 19:17

So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? And if you have not been trustworthy with someone else's property, who will give you property of your own?

God rewards our CONSISTENT GENEROSITY

The Story of Mary – John 12:1-8

Six days before the Passover, Jesus arrived at Bethany, where Lazarus lived, whom Jesus had raised from the dead. [2] Here a dinner was given in Jesus' honor. Martha served, while Lazarus was among those reclining at the table with him. [3] Then Mary took about a pint of pure nard (spikenard), an expensive perfume; she poured it on Jesus' feet and wiped his feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

[4] But one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, who was later to betray him, objected, [5] "Why wasn't this perfume sold and the money given to the poor? It was worth a year's wages." [6] He did not say this because he cared about the poor but because he was a thief; as keeper of the money bag, he used to help himself to what was put into it.

[7] "Leave her alone," Jesus replied. "It was intended that she should save this perfume for the day of my burial. [8] You will always have the poor among you, but you will not always have me."

She did what she could. She poured perfume on my body beforehand to prepare for my burial. Mark 14:8

Aware of this, Jesus said to them, "Why are you bothering this woman?. I tell you the truth, wherever this gospel is preached throughout the world, what she has done will also be told, in memory of her." Matthew 26:10-13

Levels of Giving: TITHES – OFFERINGS – EXTRAVAGANT OFFERINGS

Challenge: ASK GOD TO SPEAK TO ME TODAY ABOUT MY LEVEL OF LIVING?

If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations on earth. All these blessings will come upon you and accompany you if you obey the Lord your God… Deut. 28:1-2
