Mark Nesbitt has had the advantage of having multiple vantage points on one of the most famous United States Civil War Battlefields, Gettysburg! Mr. Nesbitt is an Author of multiple books on the many ghosts on this Hallowed site as well as Fredricksburg and others. Not only does Mark live in a haunted home there in Gettysburg's historic town, he was a battlefield guard, started one of the first Ghost and History tours in the town, Ghosts of Gettysburg Candlelight Walking Tours, and is without a doubt one of it's most charasmatic researchers and storytellers! From the rocky hill of Little Round Top, through the Peach Orchid and Devils Den, the echos of the brave who have fallen still are heard today. Mark has heard quite a few! Those who just arrive to Gettysburg's beautiful town stand on Baltimore St and ask,"Where is the battlefield?" the answer,"You are standing on it!" The battle raged through the town and spilled over to the towns close by and left few untouched by its bloody hand. As a paranormal Investigator Mark takes a heartened approach to speaking to the soldiers and towns people who have stayed behind, and has used what he has learned to investigate Crime Scenes and uncover so many mysteries solved by the victims themselves! Come walk with us on this side of the Gate and see what Mark has learned about what a Ghost is, what happens when a human bone is broken to the energy around it. Who is "Living" in Mark's house? Why have so many of these soldiers stayed behind and continue to fight for over 154 years? GhostsofGettysburg.com Sysco has been searching for answers in the paranormal since early in her life, when she saw her first ghost. Send your stories to Journeythroughthegate@gmail.com
