In the Police profession the word "Noble" is thrown out quite a bit. *Insert Your Own Thoughts Here, however, in this particular instance the word is entirely appropriate. Look up a picture of the man and he looks like anyone else from that era. But all 5'10 180 lbs of the average looking Charles Everett Noble was a policing powerhouse. From 1918-1942 C.E. Noble and took on 25th Street, Electric Ally, and the Ogden Underworld head-on. Another larger-than-life man packed into an everyman looking package, Detective CE Noble left a legacy worth remembering.
