Kiel Alderink is a Mental Golf Type Master Coach and the Director of Instruction at The Academy at Black Creek in Chattanooga, TN and also remains a co-owner of his junior academy Champion Ways in Lake Bluff, IL. Kiel is recognized as a Top Teacher Under 40 in America by Golf Digest. Kiel is also listed as Top Teacher in Illinois by Golf Digest, and Golf Academy of America Top 25 Teachers. Outside of his junior golf academies, he works with professionals, college players and college teams on the Mental Game and Performance Side of Golf. He is also a Class A PGA Professional. Kiel is far more than just an instructor as he serves his players with full coaching on how to raise their performance in any situation. Kiel was a successful junior player and played in college. Ever since then he has been on a journey to understand high level performance and how players train to either succeed or fail.
