In this episode, you will learn how and why Natasha became a psychotherapist to begin with. She talks us through traditional healing methods and we discuss why Talk Therapy is not enough. Natasha shares her very own transformation through neuroscience, psychedelics and spirituality and you will lean how challenges can prepare you for your path in life. You will take away why psychedelics and other alternative healing methods are definitely not a short cut but an onramp to other methods. We elaborate the importance of a guiding hand and having an experienced shaman. You will learn about how Natasha prepared for her psychedelic journeys and the importance of integrating experiences. We talk about dangers and why it is so important to be respectful and value the power of treatment. Everyone has a different path and purpose and you will learn why. Finally, you will hear about the power of Retreat, Yoga and Meditation in a novel way that may make you laugh as well - we definitely share a lot of laughter throughout the episode.
