This episode brings us to the conclusion of how I got around to dealing with my weight and how I managed to go through the process of losing it.

In case you have missed the previous episodes of this journey, you can check them out in order in the following episodes: season 1 episodes 1 and 5, and in season 2 episodes 2 and 8.

I also briefly touch on two very important styles of healthiness metrics in this episode. They are Body Mass Index (BMI), and Bio-Welness Index (BWI).

  • BMI is a standard metric that hasn't changed (despite the fact that us humans absolutely have, since it was first devised and discriminates against muscle mass.
  • BWI however is a score calculated based upon the integrity of lean body mass versus total fat mass.
