The US Government defines vodka as 'neutral spirits lacking distinctive character, aroma, taste, or color'. Vodka is not aged, it is crafted, and it can be made out of potatoes, rye, corn, wheat, grapes, and nearly any grain, fruit or vegetable. So what is the secret behind this spirits drink's success?
