How to best plan for your winter off season. Winter is a tough time of year to ride your bike if you want to retain the fitness you’ve built up over the summer, or want to get fitter for next year. To help us all tackle the winter months I'm joined by professional cycling coach Dan Guest to talk about the best way to approach and tackle the winter starting with the importance of an off season and what that actually means.
