2021, 제9회 광주디자인비엔날레 명예홍보대사로 활동하고 있는 가수 알렉사. 알렉사는 2019년 ‘Bomb’으로 데뷔. 아이튠즈 K팝 차트 6개국 (체코, 아랍에미리트, 스위스, 노르웨이, 이탈리아, 벨기에) TOP 5에 올랐다. 그동안 발표한 곡들은 세계적 작곡가 군단 Dsign Music이 참여한 ‘Revolution’ / ‘엑스트라(XTRA)’ / ‘나만 없어, 여름(Summer Breeze)’ 등등이 있으며, 2020년 아시아 아티스트 어워즈 AAA 포커스상, 2020년 제4회 소리바다 베스트 케이뮤직 어워즈 신한류 넥스트 아티스트상, 2021 한류엑스포 한류특별상을 수상하며 핫 루키로 떠올랐다. 최근에는 미국 메이져리그 LA 다저스 스타디움에서 국가를 가창한 무대에 이어 2번에 걸친 현지 팬 사인회도 성황리에 마치는 등 미국에서의 데뷔 첫 활동을 이어 나가고 있는 알렉사와 이야기를 나눠본다. On this INSIDER Kpoppin sat down with someone apart of the Arirang Family!! She normally comes in after Kpoppin but we had the chance to FINALLY interview her on the show!! Alexa came through. She was announced as the ambassador for the 9th Gwangju Design Biennale, so we talked about this year's concept for it and how she felt about being ambassador.
