Introspective Effort
Manage episode 431677376 series 2474345
Today on Karl and Crew Mornings, we talked about how introspective effort helps us individually and communally. Our Scripture reference was Haggai 2:13-19. The rebuilding of the temple required the people to work together, but first they had to look inward. It's easy to look at what everyone else is doing, but we will be only as strong collectively as we are holy individually. We had a great talk with special guest Dr. Winfred Neely, Vice President and Academic Dean of Moody Theological Seminary, about what God has been doing in his life latelhy. His book, How to Overcome Worry: Experiencing the Peace of God in Every Situation, presents a biblical and practical strategy for anxious thoughts. Listen to all the highlights of today's program on the Karl and Crew Showcast.
