Serena Parry is a natural health practitioner, specialising in Ayurveda and lives on the picturesque Queensland coast. She holds the distinction of being one of the only Chopra Certified Ayurvedic instructors in Australia and holds the privilege of being personally trained by Deepak Chopra himself. She is one of the only Chopra Certified Ayurvedic instructors in Australia. She is also a trained Yoga instructor having completed her Yoga Teacher Training with the American Yoga Academy. She is also currently studying her Advanced Diploma of Ayurveda. Serena has also been mentored and has undertaken further training and study with some of the best ayurvedic physicians in Australia and around the world.
